Services Consultation and Evaluation The foundation of Ayurveda is based upon the knowledge that each individual is as unique as their fingerprints. Your journey into the wisdom of Ayurveda begins with an Ayurvedic Consultation which provides the information necessary to achieve a complete analysis of your unique constitution. It is only through this important evaluation phase that the present state of your physical and emotional health can be correctly determined. A Consultation / Evaluation is conducted on two separate visits. History forms will be provided and should be completed before the initial consultation.The first visit includes lengthy questions and answers regarding past and present medical history and physical examination including pulse reading. Knowledge gained from this evaluation process will help determine the most effective treatment for your health concerns. The second visit presents a record of findings which will include a customized food plan for your individual constitution and a natural herbal program that will assist in restoring balance. A follow-up plan may include other treatments in addition to food and herbal plans.
